No. They can navigate the shared view and optionally save an independent local copy, but cannot update the host room.
The room keeps the latest validated snapshot, a SHA-256 digest of the host secret, and its expiry time. It does not keep version history.
Until the host stops sharing or 24 hours pass without an accepted host update. A stopped or expired room id cannot be reused.
